We founded Rani's Catering with the idea of bringing our family's’ best recipes to the local community in hopes of redefining what "Authentic Flavor" really means. We specialize in using farm fresh ingredients and old fashioned techniques to create meals that are delicious, healthful and oh so satisfying.   One of the most difficult challenges in the  catering industry is mastering the ability to deliver the same amazing flavor and consistency for ALL portion sizes. This is a skill only acquired through decades of experience.
